About the Role

Reporting into the CEO, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving CSB’s customer acquisition, lifecycle performance and marketing ROI.

This is a broad and highly commercial role, responsible for leading CSB’s global performance marketing ecosystem across paid media, SEO, CRM, lifecycle, promotional trading levers and emerging growth channels, including TikTok Shop.

You will work closely with agency partners, internal specialists and cross-functional teams across eCommerce, Brand, Merchandise, CRM, Loyalty and Product to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial goals, trading priorities and customer growth.

This role is not purely channel management. It is about owning growth levers end-to-end, understanding what is driving business performance, and bringing structure, insight and commercial thinking to every marketing decision.

Key Focus Areas

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

  • Lead CSB’s global performance marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle and growth channels.
  • Manage agency partners across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, ensuring clear accountability to commercial targets.

Commercial Growth & Marketing ROI

  • Own performance marketing budgets, forecasting and investment decisions across acquisition and retention.
  • Use data to optimise CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin and profitable growth.

Go-To-Market & Trading Alignment

  • Partner with Merchandise, Brand, Product and eCommerce teams to ensure the GTM calendar supports trading and revenue goals.
  • Review product drops, offers, promotions and discounting activity to understand impact on performance, margin and customer behaviour.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Manage CSB’s SEO strategy through agency relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Partner with eCommerce and Content teams to improve site performance, organic discoverability and revenue contribution.

CRM, Loyalty & Retention

  • Oversee lifecycle performance across CRM, loyalty and customer segmentation, working closely with the CRM Lead and Loyalty Performance Manager.
  • Understand how retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value influence broader business performance.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Translate marketing performance data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong reporting rhythms across acquisition, retention, trading and channel performance.

TikTok Shop & Emerging Channels

  • Lead the growth strategy for TikTok Shop, including launch, optimisation and ongoing performance.
  • Work across creators, affiliates, merchandise and content to scale new customer acquisition and revenue.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Lead and develop a growing performance marketing team, with two direct reports and future team growth.
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows and accountability across internal team members and agency partners.

About You

You are a commercially minded performance marketing leader with strong e-commerce experience and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

You bring:

  • 6 to 9+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce, DTC, fashion, activewear, beauty or consumer-led brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition
  • Experience managing agency partners and holding them accountable to commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link marketing investment to profit, revenue and growth outcomes
  • Confidence working with performance metrics, dashboards, forecasting and customer insights
  • Experience working closely with Merchandise, Brand, Product, eCommerce and CRM teams
  • A strong understanding of GTM calendars, product launches, promotional strategy and trading dynamics
  • A data-led mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and turn insights into action
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to support, develop and drive performance across a small team

Experience in e-commerce is highly important for this role. We are looking for someone who understands product-led trading environments, customer acquisition, lifecycle performance and the pace of a growing DTC brand.
