The People Plugin is excited to be partnering with PixelForce, a leading digital solutions agency based in Adelaide, to find a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building scalable revenue engines.
As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for leading new client acquisition across PixelForce’s core service areas. You'll own the sales funnel end-to-end — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing contracts and handing over to delivery teams. Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Source, qualify, and close new business across key industry verticals
- Build and manage a consistent deal pipeline through multi-channel prospecting
- Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal and negotiation
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned to growth objectives
Market & Pipeline Strategy
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) daily with complete pipeline activity and reporting
- Deliver monthly insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and opportunity gaps
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor offerings to client needs
Process & Growth
- Document and refine sales methodologies and conversion tactics
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement in offerings and value propositions
- Contribute to positioning PixelForce in new verticals and market segments
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in tech, digital, or professional services
- Proven track record of selling services in the $50K–$200K+ range
- Skilled in outbound prospecting, deal-closing, and building long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial and technical acumen — able to speak fluently with founders and decision-makers
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and strong process orientation
- Collaborative, ethical, and results-focused, with a consultative sales style
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
