With a strong reputation for quality, design and innovation, the business is entering an exciting phase of brand evolution and is now seeking a Marketing Project Specialist (3-month contract, 0.6 FTE) to support the delivery of key brand initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, move between detail and strategy, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Rollout
- Lead end-to-end delivery of brand refresh and communication initiatives
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans
- Oversee rollout of brand assets across digital, print, ecommerce and trade channels
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpoints
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Act as the central point of contact across internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Brief and manage designers, copywriters and creative partners
- Provide regular updates, manage risks and ensure alignment across teams
Sales & Internal Enablement
- Support sales and reseller channels with updated materials and communications
- Coordinate rollout of campaign assets across internal teams and partners
- Ensure teams are aligned and ready for go-live
About You
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience in marketing, brand or project-based roles
- Proven experience delivering brand refreshes, campaigns or large-scale rollouts
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with ease
- A hands-on approach, comfortable working in the detail and executing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and self-directed working style
