We are now seeking an entry level Sales Executive to support the growth of EzLicence’s instructor network and contribute to scaling the platform across Australia. This role reports into a newly appointed Sales Manager, making it an exciting time to join and play a key role in shaping a refreshed, high-performing sales team.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving instructor acquisition, activation and ongoing engagement across the EzLicence platform.
This is a high-impact role that combines outbound sales, relationship management and lifecycle ownership, where you will manage instructors from first contact through to onboarding, activation and long-term engagement.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to build a strong, scalable sales function, contributing to both immediate growth and long-term retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Business Growth
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, SMS and email
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into active instructors and SaaS customers
- Sell the SaaS product as both a standalone solution and as part of the marketplace
- Identify opportunities to convert SaaS users into marketplace participants
- Build and manage a portfolio of instructors, supporting long-term success
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive retention and ongoing platform usage
- Identify and re-engage inactive or churned instructors
Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new instructors through onboarding and platform setup
- Support adoption of tools and best practices to maximise value
- Ensure strong early engagement to improve long-term retention outcomes
EzLicence Academy (Training Pathway)
- Respond to inbound training enquiries and guide candidates through enrolment
- Support prospective instructors through the training journey
- Transition qualified instructors onto the platform post-training
About You
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:
- High energy, motivation and a strong drive to achieve results
- A proactive, outbound approach to business development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to manage high activity levels while maintaining quality follow-up
- A sense of ownership across the full customer lifecycle, not just the initial sale
- Curiosity and willingness to learn across SaaS, marketplace and training products
- Strong organisation and pipeline management capability
Essential Skills
- 1–3 years experience in a customer-facing, sales or business development role
- Experience or interest in outbound sales and high-volume activity environments
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain structured follow-up
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on both short and long-term outcomes
