About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Performance Marketing Strategist will be responsible for building, executing and optimising the paid acquisition strategy for Undeniable Mentoring, while also acting as a strategic marketing authority for clients.
This role is focused heavily on Meta ads, lead generation, creative strategy, marketing psychology, funnel thinking, direct response copywriting, landing pages and campaign performance. It is best suited to someone with experience generating qualified leads for service-based, education, coaching, consulting or high-ticket offers, rather than a purely eCommerce background.
You will manage internal Meta campaigns, develop high-volume creative testing strategies, analyse full customer journeys and build acquisition systems that convert attention into qualified leads.
This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role. You will also play a key role in live workshops, helping teach clients how to understand marketing psychology, structure campaigns, test creative and build stronger acquisition systems.
Undeniable Mentoring is an education business, not a done-for-you agency. Your role is to build and improve internal growth while helping clients understand the models, frameworks and strategy required to execute effectively themselves.
Key Focus Areas
Meta Ads & Paid Acquisition
- Build, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
- Understand how to work with Meta’s algorithm, including the need for creative diversity, testing volume and campaign structure.
- Build multi-stage campaign ecosystems across awareness, education, lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, diagnose issues and make data-led optimisation decisions.
- Improve acquisition efficiency through stronger creative testing, targeting, messaging and funnel alignment.
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop a high-volume creative testing system across static ads, hooks, B-roll, talking head content, educational carousels and native-style assets.
- Ensure ads feel platform-native and align with how audiences actually consume content across Instagram and Meta placements.
- Work closely with the CEO and team to identify new angles, messaging themes and creative opportunities.
- Build creative briefs and direction that connect customer psychology, offer positioning and conversion outcomes.
- Establish a consistent rhythm for testing new ad variations each week.
Marketing Psychology & Funnel Strategy
- Apply strong understanding of customer psychology, trust-building, education and buyer decision-making.
- Build acquisition systems that consider the full customer journey, not just one ad or one campaign.
- Ensure avatar, offer, messaging, lead magnet and funnel structure are aligned.
- Develop direct response copy that is clear, compelling and commercially effective.
- Build and optimise landing pages and lead magnet delivery systems.
Data, Attribution & Performance
- Analyse performance across the entire funnel, including top-of-funnel education, delayed attribution and bottom-of-funnel conversion.
- Make decisions based on meaningful performance data, not surface-level metrics alone.
- Identify what is working, what is not, and what needs to be tested next.
- Track key acquisition metrics including lead quality, conversion, CAC and campaign efficiency.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign.
Client Education & Workshops
- Support live workshops as a marketing strategy educator.
- Teach clients how to think about marketing psychology, Meta ads, campaign structure and creative testing.
- Translate complex marketing concepts into clear, practical and actionable frameworks.
- Guide clients on how to build their own acquisition systems and improve their marketing foundations.
- Communicate with authority, clarity and confidence in front of business owners.
About You
You are a highly capable Meta ads and growth marketing specialist who understands that great marketing is not about finding one winning ad. It is about building an ecosystem of attention, education, trust and conversion.
You are strategic, creative, analytical and commercially minded. You enjoy testing, learning and improving quickly, and you are confident explaining marketing concepts to others in a way that is clear and practical.
You bring:
- Proven experience managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Experience building lead generation funnels for service-based, education, coaching, consulting, high-ticket or founder-led businesses.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and recent platform shifts
- Experience developing creative testing strategies across multiple ad formats
- Strong direct response copywriting capability
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, messaging, offers and funnel strategy
- Experience building or optimising landing pages and lead generation funnels
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-led decisions
- Confidence teaching, presenting or explaining marketing concepts to clients or stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar creative platforms
- A proactive, autonomous and outcomes-focused working style
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through and a genuine appetite for growth
This role is not primarily suited to someone whose experience is heavily eCommerce or product-led. The strongest fit will have experience turning attention into qualified leads, enquiries, applications or booked calls.
