Job Description

The People Plugin is excited to partner with Love Athletica, a premium boutique Pilates brand dedicated to enhancing well-being through movement. With multiple studio locations across Victoria, South Australia, and the ACT, Love Athletica is known for its dynamic, supportive community and high-energy, results-driven workouts.

As the brand continues its exciting growth journey, they are now seeking a passionate Team Manager to take ownership of operations across their Adelaide studios. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring team success, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead from the front recruiting, coaching, and inspiring your team, while making sure each studio operates seamlessly and reflects Love Athletica’s vibrant culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Team Manager will oversee a multi-site team across Adelaide. This includes full responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and day-to-day operational management, as well as creating a strong sense of team culture and accountability. You’ll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing commercial outcomes with people-focused leadership.

Pilates industry experience is highly desirable, as it will give you an immediate understanding of the Love Athletica training style, client expectations, and instructor dynamics. If you don’t have direct Pilates experience but have led teams in similar high-service environments, we still want to hear from you.

  • Adaptable and proactive, with a genuine passion for team success and client satisfaction.
  • Pilates or studio-based industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable using operational tools such as MindBody, Asana, or similar.

Why Join Love Athletica?
