About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are seeking Affiliate Marketing experts located in either the Gold Coast (CSB HQ), or Sydney with proven experience developing and implementing best-in-class strategies. This new role is responsible for researching, developing and implementing strategies with a focus on increasing brand awareness and driving sales through affiliate influencers/partners. 

 

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Own and manage Affiliates (influencer and publisher) budget lines, tracking spends and results and surfacing reporting in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

  • Manage the implementation and rollout plan for a partnerships tracking tool and influencer affiliate platform in order to drive micro/macro affiliate partnerships that can be tracked and measured against ROI, at scale

  • Implement and maintain an affiliate program, to create a new revenue stream for CSB via tracked referral links, providing full transparency on results and earning opportunities to all parties.

  •  Identify new world class talent, who align with CSB’s brand mission to drive strong and sustainable business growth

  • Develop strategy to create a ‘CSB University’ to help affiliate influencers develop and grow, as well as a graduation plan to move influencers through tiers depending on their results

  • Create and review metrics framework for benchmarking success of content driven collaborations

  •  Negotiate commercially viable deals with tracked attributable links that benefit both CSB and the partner, which have a measured impact on the key OKRS of the business

  • End to end relationship management for all affiliate partners focusing on delivering an elevated partner experience to set CSB apart from competitor brands

  • Undertake all product gifting for both affiliate and wider partnerships deals to facilitate promotion of CSB and its products

  • Set, measure and report on specific OKRs that align with business objectives for each partnership deal

  • Collaborate with the wider MKT team to ensure all contracted deliverables maximise historic learnings and future earning opportunities via usage across all Brand channels

  • Develop a discount strategy for the affiliate channels and manage discount budgets to drive new customers to CSB and effectively move through aged inventory

  • Liaise with Performance Marketing Manager and wider marketing/brand teams on Go To Market plans, and leverage influencer assets across paid/organic channels

  • Lead the Affiliate Coordinator

 

About You

  • Experienced with at least 3+ years in a similar role;

  • An excellent relationship manager, with professional communication and experience working with high-profile talent;

  • Experienced managing large annual budgets;

  • Able to travel overseas and interstate (preferably);

  • Excellent at negotiation, and problem-solving;

  • Able to work independently and take initiative;

  • Passionate for what they do and how they do it, caring for the whole team and business outcomes; and

  • Excitement to be involved in a rapid growth business with a strong USA focus
