Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Project Ownership

• Lead full-cycle Shopify builds, including scoping, development, and delivery
• Join client discovery calls and contribute to technical sales conversations
• Implement custom themes, app integrations, and site optimisation
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Deliver pixel-perfect builds that perform and convert

React Frontend Development

• Build high-quality React components for complex web apps
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
• Follow best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and performance
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA processes

Technical SEO & Performance Optimisation

• Implement SEO best practices across both platforms
• Optimise Core Web Vitals and page performance
• Configure tracking tools (GA, Search Console, etc.) and structured data
• Ensure code is clean, semantic, and production-ready

Commercial Impact & Growth

• Identify upsell and optimisation opportunities in Shopify projects
• Stay up to date with Shopify releases, React ecosystem updates, and modern tooling

You’re comfortable leading client conversations, enjoy collaborating across design and engineering teams, and take real pride in delivering pixel-perfect results. You understand the business outcomes behind technical choices and have a sharp eye for opportunities to improve site performance, SEO, and usability.

With proven agency or fast-paced delivery experience, you’re used to juggling timelines, communicating clearly, and producing work you’re proud to ship — even when the pressure’s on. You’re also highly organised, solutions-focused, and have a strong sense of ownership over your work.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years advanced Shopify development experience, including end-to-end project ownership from client consultation through to delivery
• Advanced React development capabilities, collaborating on large-scale applications
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and optimisation strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect frontend execution
• Commercial mindset — able to align technical recommendations with business goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both client-facing and technical

• Experience with performance optimisation tools, cross-device testing, and CMS integrations

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across PixelForce’s Business Operations and Client Operations functions. Your Impact &  Responsibilities:

You'll report directly to the CEO and lead a combined team of 6+ across Business Operations (Finance, People, Legal) and Client Operations (Service Delivery, Account Management).

Strategic Leadership & Alignment

• Drive company-wide operational strategy aligned with PixelForce’s long-term vision
• Lead business planning across cross-functional teams and communicate priorities clearly

Performance Culture & Process Improvement

• Champion technology-enabled  automation to improve productivity and reduce manual work
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance that drive a high-performance mindset

Business Operations Oversight

• Own financial reporting, forecasting, and operational dashboards
• Work closely with legal, finance, and people teams to manage risk, compliance, and cost

Client Operations Leadership

• Ensure client success by developing delivery frameworks and team capability
• Maintain exceptional service standards, with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Your First 12 Months

• Implementing scalable financial reporting systems for international growth
• Establishing governance frameworks for our rapidly expanding team

You're the operations leader who's successfully lead a professional services or tech business through rapid growth phases. You've been the person who built the financial reporting systems that gave leadership confidence to make big decisions, implemented the service delivery frameworks that maintained 95%+ client satisfaction and designed the operational processes that eliminated bottlenecks before they killed momentum.

You thrive on turning operational chaos into competitive advantage. Whether it's building the dashboards that provide real-time business visibility, implementing the governance structures that keep high-growth teams aligned, or designing the client success frameworks that turn customers into advocates - you see systems thinking as a strategic weapon.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Comfortable operating at COO-level, with a track record of making data-led strategic decisions
