The People Plugin is proud to be partnering with Undeniable Mentoring, a fast-growing business education and mentoring company, to recruit a GoHighLevel & AI Automation Specialist.
Founded by Rhys Livingstone, Undeniable Mentoring works with ambitious business owners and operators, helping them build stronger businesses through clear strategy, commercial thinking, leadership discipline and practical execution. With strong growth underway and a significant year ahead, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business and work directly alongside the CEO.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the GoHighLevel & AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimising the technical infrastructure that powers Undeniable Mentoring and supports its clients.
This role will own and optimise the internal GoHighLevel account, build automations across Zapier and native platform tools, support client CRM setup and onboarding, create landing pages and email flows, and develop dashboards that provide clear visibility across business performance.
You will also be expected to use Claude and Claude Code to build, improve and troubleshoot repeatable systems, automations, scripts and technical workflows that create leverage across the business and client base.
This is not a traditional developer role. It is a hands-on systems, automation and client-facing technical role for someone who can connect tools, build repeatable processes, improve operational flow and translate technical concepts into simple, actionable steps for clients.
You will be working across both internal business systems and client-facing support, helping clients understand and implement their own CRM and broader tech stack.
Key Focus Areas
GoHighLevel & CRM Management
- Own and optimise Undeniable Mentoring’s internal GoHighLevel account.
- Ensure pipelines, tags, triggers, workflows and automations are set up correctly and running efficiently.
- Support clients with GoHighLevel CRM setup, onboarding and implementation.
- Help clients understand how to use their CRM effectively and confidently.
- Maintain clean, accurate and reliable CRM structures across internal and client systems.
Automation & Integration
- Build and maintain automations using Zapier and native platform tools.
- Connect systems to improve data flow and reduce manual work.
- Identify recurring technical tasks and automate them wherever possible.
- Troubleshoot broken automations quickly and calmly.
- Build scalable, reliable processes that support business growth.
AI Process Engineering & Claude Code
- Use Claude and Claude Code to build repeatable processes, improve technical workflows and create scalable operational leverage.
- Apply AI to support automation design, workflow documentation, troubleshooting, system improvements and technical problem-solving.
- Use coding capability where required to extend the functionality of tools, connect systems and solve problems that cannot be handled through standard no-code automation alone.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI-enabled systems, scripts, templates and reusable processes.
- Stay proactive in testing new AI tools, technical workflows and ways of working that improve speed, accuracy and scalability.
Landing Pages, Email Flows & Digital Assets
- Build, test and deploy landing pages.
- Set up and optimise email marketing flows and automation sequences.
- Support the creation and automation of static ad assets.
- Ensure digital assets are built with attention to detail, functionality and conversion in mind.
Dashboards & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key business and client performance metrics.
- Provide clear visibility into outcomes, activity and operational performance.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, useful and easy to interpret.
- Help leadership and clients make better decisions through clear data and system visibility.
Client-Facing Technical Support
- Act as the technical lead for client onboarding and CRM setup.
- Join client calls to guide them through systems, automations and tech stack implementation.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, simple and practical steps.
- Build confidence with clients through patience, clarity and strong problem-solving.
- Represent Undeniable Mentoring with professionalism, confidence and care.
About You
You are a highly capable GoHighLevel, automation and AI specialist who enjoys building order out of chaos.
You are technically strong, but also highly people-focused. You can build workflows, fix broken systems, think through process improvements and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients without overcomplicating things.
You bring:
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, ideally at scale
- Strong experience building automations using Zapier and native platform tools
- Strong working knowledge of Claude and Claude Code, with the ability to use AI to build, troubleshoot and improve automations, workflows and technical systems.
- Practical coding capability or strong technical problem-solving ability, particularly where custom scripts, integrations or workflow logic are required.
- Experience setting up landing pages, email flows, workflows and digital funnels
- Experience building dashboards or reporting systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and composure when systems break
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- A proactive, autonomous and outcomes-focused working style
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and reliability
- Experience in a client-facing environment, business coaching, education, professional services, digital marketing, funnels, CRM implementation or fast-growing founder-led businesses would be highly regarded.
