This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead complete brand and product journeys from concept through to launch.

About the Role
As the Product Designer at PixelForce, you will be the creative lead responsible for shaping product experiences that drive real business results.

This role combines product discovery, user experience and high-quality visual design. You’ll work closely with founders, executives and development teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand systems and intuitive digital products.

You’ll lead discovery workshops, facilitate user research, design end-to-end product experiences and act as a trusted design partner to PixelForce clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery sessions to uncover user needs and business objectives
• Conduct user research, persona development and journey mapping
• Design high-quality user interfaces, prototypes and design systems for web and mobile products
• Create comprehensive design systems with reusable components and patterns
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder collaboration sessions
• Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards and interactive prototypes
• Lead end-to-end design projects from brief to launch
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design excellence and accurate implementation
• Support QA processes with design reviews and specifications
• Act as the primary design consultant and strategic partner for clients

About You
You are a strategic thinker with strong creative execution skills and deep expertise in product design and user experience.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years experience in product design or UX/UI design
• 2+ years experience within agency environments
• Strong component library experience and design system development
• Proven experience leading product discovery and user research processes
• Ability to translate business objectives into compelling user experiences
• Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A collaborative mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Experience within technology, digital products will be highly regarded.
