The People Plugin are proud to partner with EzLicence, Australia’s largest marketplace for booking driving lessons. Launched in 2018, the platform enables learners to find, compare and book driving instructors online, and provides an end-to-end solution for over 1500 active driving instructors to manage and grow their businesses.

They are a proud South Australian success story, facilitating over 30,000 bookings per month and officially accredited as ‘A Great Place to Work’. In Australia, they are now 13 times larger than the biggest competitor and expanded to the United Kingdom in late 2023 - but we’re only getting started.

We are now seeking a seasoned Product and Delivery Manager to join the team as the Product custodian continuing to drive growth in Australia and the United Kingdom.

About the Role 

The People Plugin is partnering with EzLicence, Australia's leading driving lesson marketplace! As a Product and Delivery Manager you'll be the crucial link between business needs and product execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Operations teams.  In this role, you'll leverage data insights to shape EzLicence’s product roadmap, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that fuel its continued growth in Australia and the UK. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities span across three areas and include:

Product Management

• Support user and market research, including competitor analysis and usability testing.
• Contribute to product strategy, defining vision and objectives.
• Facilitate the product roadmap, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery (including UI & UX design system) and monitor the effectiveness in order to drive continual improvements.
• Translate business requirements to technical engineering and data teams, as well as internal non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Product Analysis & Reporting

• Translate product data into actionable insights, informing roadmap prioritization.
• Manage the product budget and collaborate with Finance on forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key product KPIs.
• Analyze trends, gather user feedback, and support strategic decision-making.

Project/Program Management

• Plan and execute projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Collaborate with external agencies and support new market entry initiatives.
• Support cross-functional product initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

About You

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

• Being hands-on with tactical details while also thinking strategically.

• Passion for continuous learning and development, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or a related industry (preferred).
• Proven ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, capable of balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with both strategic and tactical thinking.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management or Delivery.
• Strong proven experience and capabilities in documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing comprehensive reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Basic understanding of information technology principles, including software development life cycles, database concepts, and system integration strategies.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database management principles.
