About the Role:
The People Plugin is thrilled to partner with this new venture to find a talented Marketing & Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You’ll manage content across social media platforms, collaborate with graphic designers, and analyse performance data to optimise campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an exciting new brand in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end marketing campaign management

• Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Develop strategies to grow social media presence and engagement

• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality content

• Monitor marketing performance and assist in data analysis

• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools

Experience & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles

• Proficiency in platforms like Capcut, Canva, and Later

• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
