About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the company’s operations, ensuring all departments align with strategic objectives, and support the CEO in building a team for business growth. You’ll lead senior leadership in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and growth while managing budgets and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the company’s growth strategy

• Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with business goals

• Manage budgets and resources effectively

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general or operations management, preferably in the tech or fitness industry
