About the Role:
As the Senior Technical Consultant at Solutions+, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical team to new heights of success. Champion professional growth, manage resources efficiently, and maintain positive client relationships. Support research and development efforts, promoting innovation and connectivity across the organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the technical strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project management.

• Maintain positive client relationships, instilling confidence in our delivery capabilities and driving customer satisfaction.

• Lead research and development efforts, driving innovation in product creation and enhancing connectivity across the organisation.

• Support the team in packaging solutions and delivering end-to-end services to clients.

• Assist with hands-on development and integration work as needed to support project delivery.

About You:
We're seeking candidates who excel in technical leadership, fostering innovation and growth in our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or SAP.

• Proficiency in Business One SDK and C#.

• Strong skills in C/AL and AL along with experience in automated testing.

• Strong skills in S/4 HANA across SAP Integration Suite/BTP and ABAP.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SDLC, and project management.

• Advanced understanding of digital systems, business solutions, and integration methodologies.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
