CSB was created to provide women worldwide with stylish, functional, and confidence-boosting activewear, empowering a global community both inside and outside the gym. Now a leader in the Australian athleisure space, CSB is set on expanding its global footprint, and we’re seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to play a critical role in guiding our mission forward.

About the Role

As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of CSB as it scales. You’ll partner closely with the Product, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to enhance business efficiencies and create a scalable foundation for global success. Your focus will be on executing high-level strategy, overseeing business operations, and driving operational excellence across all departments. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise in business operations and scaling will be key to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies, financial planning, and forecasting. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cash flow, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet growth goals.

• Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with CSB’s goals. Lead the charge in implementing best practices for international growth, logistics, and customer engagement.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with executive teams across Product, Marketing, and Brand to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, building synergy between departments.

• Financial Performance: Drive profitability by identifying growth opportunities and implementing cost-control measures. Oversee all financial aspects, including month-end reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic investment decisions.

• Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively manage operational risks and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.

About You

• You have a proven track record in business operations, ideally within a high-growth, e-commerce, or apparel company, where you’ve implemented scalable, sustainable systems.

• You bring strong expertise in managing D2C digital platforms, logistics, and the intricacies of customer engagement on an international scale.

• You thrive in a detail-oriented, rigorous environment and have experience in operational leadership within smaller, rapidly scaling businesses.

• You have excellent strategic, financial, and leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring teams and leading change.
