Now a leader in the Australian athleisure space, CSB is set on expanding its global footprint, and seeking a Head of Business to play a critical role in guiding our mission forward.
About the Role
The Head of Brand role is to act as custodian of CSB’s brand by managing the continuous evolution of how we appear in the market through all visual and experiential touch points with the customer. A dynamic role that works to shape the heritage of the brand as well as the history and culture of active wear, positioning CSB as the leader in this space. From ideation to overseeing final execution, the HoB brings to life the Founder’s vision, identifying trends and brand moments in local and international markets in line with the CSB core values and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that embody CSB values, align with the Founder’s vision, and educate customers on product benefits.
- Concept and sign off on creative campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and strong visual storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect CSB’s aesthetic and market trends.
- Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
- Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
- Innovate to optimise campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
- Spearhead the evolution of CSB’s visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
- Develop and execute a long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.
- Oversee production of campaign and eCommerce shoots, managing call sheets, schedules, talent casting, and image selection.
- Conduct location scouting and attend all shoots to ensure brand vision execution.
- Ensure adherence to campaign timelines and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop art direction for key Brand, Marketing, and Product initiatives.
- Provide visual guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration of creative assets into marketing campaigns.
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
- Ability to interact with high-profile influencers and partners.
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management and leadership.
- A creative and strategic thinker.
- Passion for health, fitness and fashion.
Experience & Skills
- International experience across multiple cultures and demographics.
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience with concept development.
- Familiarity with a variety of programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Flash.
- Evidence of ongoing participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of design and social media.
- Experience with applying design, copy or web best practices.
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing channels.
- Experience in leading a team and setting clear KPIs and career development plans.
