The People Plugin is excited to partner with Love Athletica, a premium boutique Pilates brand dedicated to enhancing well-being through movement. With multiple studio locations across Victoria, South Australia, and the ACT, Love Athletica is known for its dynamic and supportive community. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a passionate Team Leader to oversee operations across six studios in Victoria, ensuring team success, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supporting a multi-site team, managing scheduling and rostering, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across six studios. This role requires a people-focused leader with experience in multi-site management, team development, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while maintaining brand consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and support a team across six studios, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Oversee team rostering, ensuring efficient scheduling to meet business and client needs.
• Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment, promoting Love Athletica’s values.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Operational & Multi-Site Management

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all studio locations.
• Oversee studio performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
• Work closely with studio managers and instructors to maintain service excellence and consistency.
• Ensure all studios adhere to Love Athletica’s brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Client Experience & Community Engagement

• Be a visible and approachable leader, ensuring a welcoming and positive studio environment.
• Handle client feedback and inquiries, working to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Drive community engagement initiatives, supporting studio activations and events.

Collaboration & Business Alignment

• Work closely with the National Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to align business objectives.
• Support marketing initiatives that drive membership sales and retention.
• Ensure team members are aligned with business goals and KPIs.

About You

• Experience managing multi-site teams, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or service industry.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage rostering and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for fostering a positive team culture.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Experience using operational tools such as MindBody or Asana is desirable.
